Santa Letter Form

Parents/guardians: McKinleyville Parks & Recreation has made special arrangements with the North Pole so that your child(ren) can receive a personalized letter from Santa!

Letters will be mailed directly to your child(ren) during the week of December 7, 2020. If you would like your child(ren) to receive a letter, just complete this form (1 for each child) and pay the fee by dropping off a check in the office Drop box or by calling the office at 839-9003 to pay with credit card. The fee is just $5.00 per child.

Forms and payment must be received by Friday, November 20, 2020.
