I have read through the Blackscale Parlor's IC & OOC rules and am aware that this is an 18+ Venue that can potentially deal with NSFW subjects such as: partial nudity (for piercing and tattoo purposes), body modification (horn/scale grafting, trimming) and other sensitive materials (piercing needles, blood, etc.)
