We provide a single table for fan and other groups to display and promote their organizations.  These tables are located on the main floor of the hotel in a hallway leading to hospitality and the Dealers Annex.  These Tables must at least be manned during the operating times of the main Dealer’s Room of the Convention.  At least one participant of the group is to be present to respond to inquiries concerning their organization.  Laying informative fliers or setting up an informative display are not considered manning the tables.  Fan groups promote their organizations and receive the group rat for their badges from Convention at a reduced cost of $35 each.
 Beyond the two memberships provided with the table, there is a limit of four group memberships with exceptions to this number only provided through written permission from RadCon.
