Summer Photo Session Fundraiser Signup
This signup form acts as a contract between the photographer and the participant. Any changes to the details of the participants photo session by either party needs to be informed to the opposite party at least 48 hours before the session time. In the following form, "I" represents Celine Bennett, the organizer of this event, and "You" represents you the participant.

What to expect during the photoshoot
We'll meet at the location you've chosen (see notes below), on the determined date and time. From there we'll work together to create memorable photos for you. At the beginning of the session, I'll receive the session fee from you.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
  • Cash (Preferred)
  • Wise Bank Transfer
After the session ends, within 2 days, you'll receive an email with a link for you to choose your photos. You'll have 7 days to make your selection, if no selection is made by that time, I will choose the objectively best photos on your behalf. After the photo selection has been made, I'll edit the photos and you'll receive an email within 14 days from that time with a link to download your photos.

Example Timeline:
7/1: Photo Session
7/1-7/3: Receive a link to select photos.
7/3-7/10: Select photos you want to be edited.
7/10-7/24: Photos are edited and you receive a link to the digital downloads.
7/31: Receive a donation receipt.

Donations will be made on July 31 and August 31 to avoid multiple transaction fees that can lessen the amount the NPO receives.

Notes & Exclusions:
- Photo sessions are not available for event use. 
- Session locations must be within central Tokyo and accessible by public transportation. For safety, locations must be public. Please email if you have inquiries about this.

About the charities
SORA Animal Shelter(Website in Japanese), an NPO that continues to help animals in need live their best life on their Fukushima City compound while they wait to find their furever homes. The organization began as an effort to take in pets that were abandoned during the evacuation of the 3.11 disaster area in 2011. Many pet owners were moved into temporary non-pet-friendy housing meaning that many had to relinquish their beloved pets or could simply no longer afford the cost of caring for an animal after losing everything. This organization is in need of emergency funding to cover sudden repair costs of their electricity equipment.

100% of the money will go to SORA. The donation will be made in two lump sums on July 31 and August 31 in order to avoid multiple costly transaction fees that the organization may have to cover. All participants will receive proof of the donation in the form of a screenshot sent to the provided email.
