2024 UW Seattle Black Grad & Kente Ceremony
We are excited to invite students from all three UW campuses to registration/RSVP for the 2024 Black Graduation & Kente Ceremony. This year's ceremony will be in-person on Sunday, June 2nd at the Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion. This year's theme is The Blackprint.

Registration closes on May 10, 2024. Anyone who registers after May 10th is not guaranteed to be in the program or to receive a stole.  Contact uwblackg@uw.edu with questions.  
Graduate check-in: 5:30pm
Doors for guests: 6:15pm

Participating in the ceremony
Participation in the 2024 Black Grad ceremony is open to all undergraduate, graduate and professional students from all three campuses who have earned their degree Autumn '23, Winter '24, Spring '24, or scheduled to earn their degree Summer '24.

Graduates must register by Friday, May 10, 2024 to receive a recognition gift.

By participating in Black Grad, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your participation constitutes consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media or forms of communication whether now existing or hereafter developed.
