Cogs & Corsets Maker Faire Advance Registration
This form is for advance registration for the Maker Faire at Cogs & Corsets on Friday, June 4 in downtown Bloomington. You can drop your entry off at The Hanger Art Co. at 105 W. Jefferson between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Judging will commence at 6:00 PM. Awards will be presented at 6:30 PM in the gallery.

If you use this form, it will be printed out for you and at the gallery.

While not required, competitors may attend the judging and answer any questions judges may ask about construction or to demonstrate the function of the item. All judges’ decisions are final.
