Please use the form below to self-report your daily exercise and physical activity. You can select multiple activities per day with a corresponding amount of time in 10-minute increments. Points will be calculated based on the number of minutes of exercise. For example, 20 minutes = 20 points. Remember to:

Weekly Fitness Challenge (if applicable)-- Week of 9/13-- Buddy Workout: It might've been a while since you've exercised regularly, let alone with a friend. So take it a bit easy this week and find a partner to work out with! Challenge and push each other, while remembering to stay safe and practice healthy social distancing!
