OAA 2023 NYP VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for the Okinawa Association of America (OAA)'s 2023 New Year's Party!

We greatly appreciate your help with this event! We are looking for volunteers to help with the event’s set-up and clean-up, as well as during the event itself.

Service hours are available for students. A short instructional meeting may be held at the OAA Center.

NEW YEAR'S PARTY EVENT:
JANUARY 15, 2023 (SUNDAY)
  • 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (event time) – Please see individual shift times in the form below
  • Carson Event Center – 801 Carson St, Carson, CA 90745
TRUCK UNLOADING & CLEAN-UP:
JANUARY 15, 2023 (SUNDAY)
  • 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm – Start time may shift slightly; we will notify you

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
  • Proper masks must be worn at all times.
  • Volunteers MUST be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination at the day of the event (booster not required) -OR- show a negative PCR test (antigen/rapid tests will not be accepted).
  • Volunteers must follow all of OAA’s Safety Protocols, which will provided to you via email prior to the event.
