Waiver of Liability: In consideration of my participation in the “Youth BonFire Night”, I, hereby agree to release, discharge, waive and hold harmless the American Islamic Waqf “AIW”) / Noor Islamic Cultural Center (“NICC”) and their respective employees, agents, board members, volunteers, staff, or advisors for any incident, actions or conduct resulting in personal injury, accident, or illness to me not limited to negligence, gross negligence and recklessness.I agree that the forgoing waiver of liability is intended to be as broad as is permitted by the laws of the state of Ohio and if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force.I have carefully read and voluntarily signed this waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and meaning as a full waiver of all claims, liability and indemnity against AIW/NICC or any of its employees, agents, board members, volunteers, staff, owners or advisors.
