Complete this form if you want to be considered for any type of officer position in the 2021-22 Falcon Bands program. You must have performed with the Falcon Regiment Marching Band at least one season and enrolled in band for all (both semesters) of the 2021-22 school year to be eligible. There are three type of officer positions:

Auditioned Officers: Drum Major, Visual Captain, Section Leader
Elected Officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
Appointed Officers: Librarian, Equipment Manager, Uniform Manager
