2023 Summer Camp at Bear Creek UMC School
Bear Creek UMC School is offering two Summer Camp Sessions. Our Summer Camp provides a variety of hands-on experiences that encourage critical thinking, problem solving, innovation, creativity and collaboration. Enriching teacher-led projects to stimulate child discovery through small and large group activities. Summer is one of the most exciting times of the year for young children!  It can often be associated with breaks and relaxation; however, it doesn’t mean that your child’s learning and peer social interactions should take a break. In fact, summer is the perfect time to continue active learning to prevent a pause in your child’s education. One of the simplest ways to keep children learning during summer is keep them in their early learning program.


*   All children must register for Summer Camp (priority is given to our full time students)
*   Registration opens February 21 (currently enrolled) and February 28 (public) and is first come first served
     based on staff and availability
*   Registration fee must be paid prior to placement into a class
*   Session One (June) tuition due no later than June 1st
*   Session Two (July & Aug) tuition due no later than July 1st

Tuition will not be prorated for absences, vacation, late start or early withdrawal

I understand that placement will be made according to my preference and if space is available for my choice. This application is only complete once I submit registration payment to the school office. If my child is placed in the program, I agree to the terms and conditions of enrollment.  In the case of a non-start, early withdrawal or acceptance into another school, BCUMC School will not refund any registration or tuition fees that have been paid to that point.
