Organizations of all sizes are increasingly aware of the global trend towards "digital transformation".  MRO distributors are typically in the middle of the data exchange between the manufacturer of the product and the end-user of the product.  

We know that the vast majority of master product data managed by distributors originates from outside the organization, but no one has previously attempted to capture and report on the issues of managing this data from the perspective of the distributor. This short survey is designed to do just that.

It is a well established fact that good quality data enhances credibility with existing and potential customers, and helps improve revenue and profitability.

Once collated, the results of this survey will be used to:

1. encourage the manufacturers to share better product data in a way that is easier for distributors of all sizes to manage efficiently;

2. help you as an individual distributor understand your own product data quality in relation to your competitors;

3. offer you practical pointers as to how you can improve this data.

Making this survey useful to the global MRO distributor community relies on the goodwill of you, the distributors, to participate. As a reward for your efforts, all participants shall receive a free copy of the published report and an individual analysis of their results against the overall results.

The full published report will only be made available to non-participants for a cover price of $250.

The survey will be repeated annually so that future trends can be monitored.

Please note that we will not share the details of individuals or companies with other organizations.  Any answers that might identify individual companies or participants will not be published in the report.
