This form must be filled out in its entirety and submitted it by Monday, August 15th, 2022. To alleviate congestion in the show zone, there will be an advance day load in option open for all exhibitors. We will make a load in plan based upon your answers, if your situation changes after you submit the form you must contact Simonne@ShopMaineCraft.com/ 207-805-4918 to notify us of your change of plans.
120 Free St. Portland, ME- Note- due to construction you will need to access the lot via Oak Street.
If you select that you will be using the Advanced Day Load in Time- You must agree and adhere to the following rules.
1) Only bringing your booth materials- Absolutely no product, technology, pieces should be left unattended in your booth overnight- no exceptions!
2) You must arrive between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
3) You must have your tent weights attached by the time you leave on Friday.
4) You must use tent walls to block off your booth space.
5) You will not be allowed in the show zone on Friday, August 27th before 6:00 PM and after 8:30 PM. There will be security roaming the lot who have been instructed to not allow any persons in the area.
