Your enrolment in a class is guaranteed once Registration Fee & Tuition Deposit has been received.
A Tuition Deposit equal to One Month Tuition is due at time of registration. This deposit is applied to June 2023 or the last month of attendance where our withdrawal policy (one calendar month notice) is followed.

$100 Registration Fee includes year-end yearbook and downloadable slideshow. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
** LITTLE SEEDLINGS - Children who do not turn 3 until January 2023 or later register in this class.
** PRESCHOOL - Children who turn 3 before January 2023 register in this class.
** JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN - Children preparing for KINDERGARTEN the following year

2 Day = Thursday/Friday
3 Day = Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.

Due to the on-going pandemic situation, in order to exceed the AHS Safe Food practices, we will continue to provide snack. Accommodations may be made for children to bring their own snack in the event of allergies or intolerances, but Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc., diets will be accommodated with our provided snack.
** AFFORDABILITY GRANTS **
All families will receive a discount on payable tuition of $75/month once Grant Agreements are confirmed (Currently Pending)
** SUBSIDY **
Families who earn $179,999 per year or less qualify for a subsidy of $125/month once Subsidy Agreements are confirmed. (Currently Pending)

** PLEASE NOTE OUR WITHDRAWAL POLICY **
By registering your child in our program, you agree to our withdrawal policy, which requires 1 month calendar written notice to withdraw without penalty. If you have paid a one-month deposit, the deposit is applied to the last month of attendance with required notice. If you fail to provide written notice within the required time frame, this deposit is forfeited. If you have not paid a deposit, tuition is due for the last month, whether or not notice was provided. IE: If you know your child can no longer attend after March 31st, you need to provide notice BEFORE March 1st to not forfeit the deposit or owe tuition for April. The registration fee is non-refundable once it is paid and enrolment is confirmed.
