It is important to us at Davis Primary School that we provide a community of care and support to our families, especially when faced with financial hardship.

The current situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic has caused some families to experience a need related to job loss, medical bills, child care, etc. District 303 has several supports available for families through our schools.

The supports available include: The Northern Illinois Food Bank "Backpack Program," Thanksgiving Meal Support, and Big Hearts of Fox Valley Holiday Support Program.

Please enter the name(s) of your child(ren) attending Davis Primary below, even if you choose not to participate, so that we know you have received this survey.

If you are interested in learning more about any of these supports, please select yes and answer accordingly.
