In response to the latest government instruction The school will closed from Tuesday 5th January 2021.

We are required to offer childcare for essential key workers. We might need to ask for proof of this.

The reason for closing schools is to avoid social contact therefore sending in your child increases the risk for everyone.

Before filling out this form you should first remember that the school is closed. Please consider the following:

- Are all other childcare possibilities exhausted? (Partner? Friend? Relatives not in the vulnerable adults list?)
- Are you on the list of key workers that has been set out by the government?

For us to organise the necessary staff if you require this cover please complete the following form.

It may at any moment be necessary to close at very short notice due to staff cover. We would then try and recommend an alternative provision.

If your child becomes ill with a high temperature or a persistent cough during the day we would have to isolate them from all contact and request you pick them up immediately. You would then need as a family to self isolate for 10 days.
