Reinvintage Warehouse is actively seeking applicants in the following categories: Pottery, Leather Works, Vintage/Antique Furniture & Collectibles, Book Artists, Mixed Media Artists, Outdoor Furniture, and other items not represented inside our store currently. We have a few spaces left to fill in February/March of 2024 and we are actively reviewing applications to fill those spaces. if you are interested in joining the team we encourage you apply as soon as you are able!

Reinvintage Warehouse is a collective retail store that provides a community for creatives to run a retail display for the Spartanburg Community without the overhead and time commitment of a stand-alone brick and mortar.

Initial agreements require a one year commitment from resident vendors and first and last month's rent is required to get started.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to maintain an active business presence on social media that directs customers to shop their space at Reinvintage Warehouse

Our business model consists of vendors paying a flat rate monthly rent (base is $115/month increases $1.5/sq ft after the first 10 square feet) plus a 15% commission on all sales.

Vendors are encouraged to take advantage of all our resources to increase their revenues, from holding classes, to scheduling demonstrations and even events within the store and participate in promotional opportunities through Reinvintage Warehouse.

Vendors receive access to our integrated point of sale system to manage their inventory and review daily sales through a web portal. Our vendors are also encouraged to add photos to their listings and make them available through our website at reinvintagewarehouse.com

Products Photos are REQUIRED in order to evaluate an application. If there is not a current representation of your products available at any links provided then you must e-mail photos to reinvintagewarehouse@gmail.com.

We ask our vendors to maintain at least one active social media profile and participate in the marketing of their own brands on Social Media so that we can build our community marketing efforts together. We consider an active profile to have a minimum of 3 business related posts per week.  *
In order to keep inventory levels high enough to serve our customers we ask vendors to keep a minimum retail value of 10x their monthly booth fee in stock at all times. Do you currently have $1000 or more in product or more to stock a space at Reinvintage Warehouse? *
