2024 COVID Information Commons Student Paper Challenge Participation Form (Mentor/Judge)
Thank you for your interest in participating in the COVID Information Commons (CIC) Student Paper Challenge as a mentor and/or a judge. The responsibilities of mentors and judges are as follows:

Mentors:
- Co-host one-hour, monthly mentoring sessions, coordinated by the CIC HQ Team, in April, May, and June 2024 to coach students on their paper ideas based on your research expertise (exact dates and times TBD according to mentors' availability and student interest).
-Total Estimated Time Commitment: 2-4 hours

Judges:
- Provide input to CIC Student Paper Challenge Project Team on evaluation criteria for papers.
- Read and judge papers in August 2024, and fill out an evaluation form for each.
- Total Estimated Time Commitment: 1-3 hours
