GENERAL ToS

1. Invoices are due on receipt. If payment is not received during the agreed timeframe, the rigger reserves the right to terminate the client's project.
2. The client is responsible for providing clear and accurate image references and/or textual references.
3. Use of the rig comes with commercial rights for the rig only. Commercial use of all images should be discussed with the original artist.
4. The rigger reserves the right to refuse any project.

PROCESS

5. Work is processed in the order received, but multiple projects may be in progress simultaneously. Smaller projects may finish before bigger projects in the queue due to this.
6. Due to health, there is no definitive time frame. Time for commissions vary and are done at the rigger's pace. Deadlines are always up for negotiation so that clients can expect when their commission(s) will be delivered. If you would like to set up a deadline for your commission, please give the rigger three months in advance notice.
7. If the client's deadline requires other commissions to be put on halt, a rush fee will be charged if the commission is accepted.
8. One major revision is allowed, major revisions thereafter must be discussed and a fee will be processed. Minor revisions due to missight will not be charged a revision fee.

REFUND POLICY

9. Once a project has commenced and payment has initialized a refund is no longer available as an offer
10. In the case a commission cannot be completed through mutual agreement of both parties (rigger + client), a partial refund will be negotiated.

When it is your turn in the queue, the commission will not be started until the invoice has been at least paid for the full amount of the base VBridger Enhancement. Refunds will not be available unless discussed.

Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned rig for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of Rigger Mortis work for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
