FULL CONFERENCE RESIDENTIAL

All accommodations are now En-suite. 
Cost per person is £200 for adults and £65 for children and teenagers (6-16 years). 
Infants (0-5) free but please register them. Let us know if they need a cot or bed provided. 

DAY VISITORS 

We cannot currently guarantee availability of day visitor places as the Conference centre is quite full.
You can contact us to be put on a waiting list.

ONE NIGHT VISITORS
This option is subject to availability. Please contact us to enquire. 

PETS
Pets are not allowed on site under any circumstances. 
This is due to the terms of our contract with the Conference Centre.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All applications must be accompanied by a minimum payment of £50.
Applications are confirmed on receipt of payment in full.
If we are unable to offer you a place for any reason, a full refund will be made.
Should you have to cancel your attendance for whatever reason AND we are able to substitute your booking with someone else’s we will issue a refund less an administrative charge of £25.00.
No refund can be given after the closing date for registration, May 10th, 2024.
This is due to the terms of our contract with the Conference Centre.
