AVID is a middle school program designed to provide academic instruction and supports (higher education, career awareness, and study skills) to students and to prepare for eligibility in the AVID program in high school.

I agree I will be placed on AVID probation if I receive an "NI" or a "U" citizenship grade in any of my classes.
I agree that I will be placed on AVID probation if I receive a "D" or "F" in any class and will attend mandatory tutoring until the grade improves.
I agree that I will be placed on AVID probation, with possible immediate removal, if I am placed on social probation for any reason.
