Use this form to enroll your daughter in the 3-5 pm session of Study Buddies. Please do not bring her to Study Buddies unless you have received a confirmation of her registration and enrollment.

Girls in
grades 3-5 enrolled in Study Buddies will enjoy a 2 hour time served by adult, college and teen mentors focusing on both academic areas as well as social/emotional strength and confidence building, fun activities. Your child will be inspired and encouraged by some amazing women.
Please complete and submit one form per student (either female or who identify as female) who are currently in grades 3-5.

The spring term of the Study Buddies program begins on
Wednesday April 5th in midtown Bend at Antioch Church across from Bend High School. You will receive a confirmation email once your child's registration has been processed with specifics about times and location.
