Nelson Leafs Spring Identification Camp Registration Form
Date: April 5th - 7th, 2024 
Check In: 3:00pm Upstairs (Top Entrance)
Arena Address: Nelson District Community Center 305 Hall St, Nelson, BC

- Guarantee of 4 ice times plus the opportunity to earn a spot in the Top 40 Game.
- Goalies will receive a goalie session ran by High Altitude Hockey. 
- Goalie spots at camp are limited to 10.  Upon completion (for goalies), you will receive an email from Head Coach Briar McNaney regarding the availability of the goalie spot(s) remaining in camp. 
- Every player will receive face to face exit interviews following completion of fourth ice session. 
- Top 40 Game on April 7th following exit interviews.
- Cost for camp is $250, and is payable to finance@nelsonleafs.ca via e-transfer.  If you wish to pay via credit card, you are able to pay at camp during check in.
