The North Texas Dental Society is pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities to key industry vendors interested in furthering the core purpose and core values of the NTDS. North Texas Dental Society Events are the perfect forum for your company to distinguish itself as an active supporter in the continuing education that our members value. ** Sponsorship spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis **
Title Sponsor - $4,000.00 (Limited to ONE company per year)
· Included in all NTDS General Membership Meetings for 1 year.
· Corporate name/logo published on front page of NTDS website for current year.
· One company representative invited to all General Membership Meetings with their meal included. Meals for additional reps may be purchased and RSVP’d through our Executive Director.
· Company may set up a table for product demonstration, flyers, ads.
· Company will be introduced and recognized as the NTDS Title Sponsor.
· Company representative will have 1 minute speaking time at each General Membership Meeting.
· Company’s logo will appear on our email and social media advertising graphic for each meeting.
Meeting Sponsor - $750.00 per meeting (Limited to TWO companies per meeting)
· Included in one NTDS General Membership Meeting.
· Corporate name/logo published on NTDS website for that event.
· One company representative invited to sponsored meeting with their meal included. Meals for additional reps may be purchased and RSVP’d through our Executive Director.
· Company may set up table for product demonstration, flyers, ads.
· Company will be introduced and recognized as a NTDS Meeting Sponsor.
· Company’s logo will appear on our email and social media advertising graphic for that meeting.
Special Event Dinner Sponsor – Cost varies per meeting
· This sponsorship entails purchasing dinner for the special event meeting. A headcount and suggested catering website will be provided ahead of the event. You may also choose your own food provider.
· Included in one NTDS special event meeting. These special events range from New Dentist Study Club, Recruitment & Retention, and Mentorship.
· Company representative(s) invited to sponsored meeting.
· Company may set up table for product demonstration, flyers, ads.
· Company will be introduced and recognized as a NTDS Sponsor.
· Company representative will have 2-3 minutes speaking time for the given sponsored event.
· These events are in a more intimate setting, making connecting and getting your message out easier.
Website Sponsor - $250.00 per quarter
· Listed on the front page of the NTDS website for one quarter as a website sponsor.
Social Media Feature - $100.00
· NTDS will run one approved ad (post and story) on the NTDS Facebook & Instagram sites.
· NTDS will run one committee approved ad on the NTDS Facebook and Instagram pages with content prepared by the sponsor for publication.
