Application for Secretary/Director of Public Relations of the Sigma Alpha Omega® Foundation
Position Duties:

The Secretary/Director of Public Relations shall:
  • Maintain minutes records of all Foundation meetings
  • Send organization correspondence
  • Keep the Foundation calendar
  • Maintain all social media and official communications for the Foundation
  • Maintain and update the organization website as needed to maintain current information
  • Design marketing materials for the Foundation and be responsible for maintaining brand integrity as defined by the Sigma Alpha Omega® Foundation brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with BOD to define organization policies and procedures
  • Promote and advocate for the organization to relevant stakeholders in Sigma Alpha Omega® Christian Sorority, Inc. and outside organizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and review will begin immediately. Successful candidates will be notified by January 2nd, 2023 and will be invited to join the first Foundation Board of Directors meeting of the New Year, tentatively scheduled for January 8th, 2023 at 8pm EST/7 pm CST.
