Please fill out this form if you are wanting to attend the holiday camp. You will be emailed if your place on the camp has been accepted. It is simply on a first come first serve basis.

Please note this will be at our NORTH LODGE site not CHURCH CHARE. Please see above the address.

30 places will be available for each day. You may only get ONE Day. We will do our best to support siblings.

The camp is in partnership with Park View School and will run as a multi-sports / healthy eating camp for children in years 1 - 6. The sports will be delivered by coaching staff members of Park View School, all of whom are qualified and DBS-checked.

The day will include multiple sports which will cater to all age groups.

Children will arrive at 10 am and will be signed in. The day will run up until 1:00 pm when we ask your child to be collected on time. We only ask you to provide plenty of fluids throughout the day.

Lunch will be provided to your child for FREE
