The festival location is First United Methodist Church 15 East 1st Avenue Mesa, AZ 85210.  Please note that the venue requires all people wear masks.  Please fill out a separate form for each participating group.  Participation Fee per ensemble is $150 (ACDA Member) and $225 (non-ACDA directors).  Registration for this event closes March 4th.

PERFORMANCE TIME
Choirs are scheduled based on date and time of registration form submission.  The best care and consideration is taken when accommodating requests.  If your choir has flexibility in schedule please mention below.  

Choirs warm-up 15 minutes before scheduled performance time.  Clinic immediately follows performance for 20-25 minutes after performance time.  If you are scheduling multiple groups, please vary your requests to be at least 1 hour apart.  For example, 2 choirs from 1 school/organization can participate at minimum 1 hour apart.
