This year our 5th graders' service theme is Honoring Veterans and Active Duty Members. A component of their service includes writing letters to active duty members.  In addition, the 5th graders will be hosting a mass & reception honoring our Veterans and Active Duty Members, which will take place on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. 

The 5th graders will send personal invitations to the mass and reception on 11/3/23 to the local veterans/active duty service members obtained on this form.

If you know of a veteran OR active duty member please provide their name, address and current status. If you have any additional information you can provide about them we would appreciate it.
