Cara Creek Eco Lodge has dogs & cats who are all friendly but have their unique personalities. 
They are very much part of the Cara Creek family, and many people enjoy this aspect of staying here but we realize that it may not be for everyone.

Do you have allergies to dogs and/or cats? Will you be ok with them being around?
A note about the accommodation being Off Grid (meaning we are on solar and source our own water from the land)

We are conscious of our water and electricity usage and ask guests to be too. 
99% of the time there is plenty of hot water for a shower but we ask guests to keep them 5-8min max.

Private accommodation is our standard. We believe that it's important to have your own space outside of class time.

Showers and toilets are shared. We have both flushing compost toilets and dry compost toilets. Showers are heated by either solar power or a wood burning fire. 

Our Eco Pods offer an experience sleeping in close proximity with nature from the comfort of a cozy bed. They are designed with inspiration from sacred geometry. We also have 2 rooms in the house available.
