Community for Youth will be going through significant changes this summer and needs your feedback to help guide those changes. As many of you know by now, Janice Deguchi, our Executive Director is leaving CfY to take on another leadership role. The board is working diligently on a plan to determine next steps for CfY given Janice’s departure, other staff transitions and an office move. Please share honestly and candidly. This is an anonymous survey that the results will be compiled and shared with our Board of Directors as they make decisions about future CfY programming.
