IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. RESERVATION
Guest are recomended to place their booking earlier and 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.

2. CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Guest may CHECK- IN at 1.00 pm and CHECK-OUT time is 1200 noon. Late Check-out may be considered by the management but subject to availability of room
3. PERSONS ALLOWED TO STAY
Number of 4 persons are recomended to stay-in per chalet and limited to 6 persons only.
Extra beds are available for extra persons upon request.
4. TOILET
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
5. DRY KITCHEN
Dry kitchen facilities are available and Guests are required to keep kitchen clean at all times.
6. HOUSEKEEPING
We do not provide daily room housekeeping. Nonetheless, Guests are required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is.
7. NO SMOKING
The Chalets is a non smoking area, however, smokers are allowed to utilise the open area outside the premises.
8. EXCESSIVE NOISE
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 11:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
9. GENERAL
a. No footwears are allowed inside the chalets.
b. Bringing pets are not allowed.
c. STRICTLY, No carrying or consuming ILLICIT DRUGS within the premises.
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE
DESA TUNAS HIJAU (DTH) reserve the right to decline a booking or refuse entry to accommodate any person(s) or group who in her opinion, are not suitable to occupy the premises without any reason whatsoever and further liability on either party.
