Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out the LGBTQ+ Directory form. This form will help us to create a comprehensive list of resources and campus support staff for LGBTQ+ students.

All of the information submitted will be used by FoundationCCC staff to understand the resources and campus support for LGBTQ+ students across the California Community College system. 

FoundationCCC has developed a webpage for LGBTQ+ Initiatives and Student Support. Some of the information collected in this form will be shared on the Foundation website, to provide public information to prospective and current students. Information that will be published as indicated on this survey may include:

·       Center/office name, location, and contact information for physical spaces serving LGBTQ+ students

·       Name, title, and work contact information of professional staff paid to provide LGBTQ+ resources

Please note: In light of the turnover in non-paid/volunteer positions, we will only publish the contact information of paid staff on the Foundation website.
