Corporate reservations for Number 42's Holiday Quiz Night: Wednesday 14 December
With this form you can reserve tables to participate in Number 42’s corporate Holiday Quiz Night at Carrousel in the city center of Eindhoven on Wednesday 14 December. A fun night out for your team, department or company with Number 42’s special holiday themed quiz, drinks, snacks or even dinner; a one stop shop company event!
Please note: there is a limited number of tables available for this evening, and reservations are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations via this form do not guarantee placement yet, your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email by Number 42.

How many tables do you want to reserve?

Please note;  Tables are suitable for teams of max 5 players. Corporate reservations start at a minimum of 3 tables (15 players) and a maximum of 8 tables (40 players), we ensure that your tables will be grouped together in the room. *
Drinks: open tab or tokens Drinks for your guests can either be tallied during the evening on an open bar tab, or you can reserve a set number of drink tokens to hand out to your guests. Please indicate your preference below. *

Dinner in advance?
Carousel serves a special 3-course Holiday Quiz Menu at €39,- per person, which includes a festive welcome drink! 

Starters:
- Beef carpaccio: with truffle mayonnaise, pine nuts, Parmesan and arugula. Or;
- Pumpkin soup. Or;
- Beetroot salad with, apple, lentils, roasted goat cheese, walnuts and peach compote.

Mains:
- Steak with sweet potato cream, grilled vegetables and choice of pepper or mushroom sauce. Or;
- Salmon with white wine sauce marinated carrots Zucchini in risotto. Or;
- Truffle risotto with fried mushrooms, Parmesan and arugula

Desserts:
- Surprise/ chef's special

Your guests can place orders on the night itself. If you have any questions about the dinner and/or want to discuss any dietary requests, you can contact Carrousel directly.

Billing and payments

All food and drink orders from your group (all of your reserved tables), as well as the quiz-fee €50 per table (excl. VAT) will be added to one bill, which is payable at Carrousel on the night itself, by cash or card. Naturally, you will receive a specified receipt of your payment.

If you prefer payment via invoice, a minimal order value of €100 on food and drinks applies (excluding quiz-fee); you can submit your invoice billing information below.
