This application is for Girdwood Forest Fair Food vendors only. Please be sure you are applying for the correct type of booth. 
Booth space is $450 regardless of placement. Double booth spaces are double cost. 
No fees will be collected at this time. All commitments on this application will be invoiced at a later date. Please see the website for further information.
