Youth entering GRADES 5-12 will use this form to track their reading. The APL's Summer Reading Program begins on 6/14/24 and ends on 8/16/2024. Youth are encouraged to fill out this form every time they read for 20 minutes. Log at least 300 minutes of reading between 6/14/2024 and 8/16/2024 then you will be entered into the GRAND PRIZE drawing. The grand prize winners will be chosen at the end of August 2024!
The first 25 youth to log 300 minutes of reading will also win a summer reading STAR READER sign to display in their yard! Youth who are eligible for yard signs will be contacted at the email they provide on this form.
Other ways to participate in Summer Reading....visit the library! Every time you visit the library, stop by the children's room to claim a scratch ticket, just for coming in! You could win an instant prize, and if your scratch ticket isn't an instant winner it will be added as an entry to the grand prize drawing!
