CMA Primary Bitesize Term 2 2019
Mathematical fluency and games
Teachers want all our learners to be fluent in mathematical concepts such as multiplication, addition and fractions. There are many different ways to develop fluency, including games.
In this Bitesize we will have a 30 - 45 minute workshop from Dr Nic Petty on what fluency means and how to develop it. We will explore different games and activities that help develop fluency.
Participants are encouraged to bring a game or activity to share.
We will also discuss what form future Primary Bitesize workshops might take and what focus is most needed.

There will also be a prize draw from the Creative Maths games.
