District 67 Photography/Videography Opt-Out List
District 67 uses student images throughout the year for communication purposes including our District website, newsletters, digital, and print publications, press releases, and social media. 

In this context, "social media" includes the official Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts of the following:
  • The District itself
  • Building principals
  • District administrators (including Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent)
  • District-specific and building-specific teachers and staff
Please note: Use of these images for commercial or endorsement purposes, or for solicitation is strictly prohibited.

District 67 may use my student's image for communication purposes unless I choose to opt out below. For multiple students, please complete a separate form for each individual student.
