(1) One Choice Magazine can add the Creator to the One Choice Magazine mailing list.
(2) One Choice Magazine can add the Creator to the Writers and Creators Community mailing list.
(3) One Choice Magazine and McKissick Health & Wellness will have access to creative assets and profiles provided on this form by the Creator. The links provided on this form are public and do not require additional permission to gain access.
(4) When necessary, One Choice Magazine or McKissick Health & Wellness can contact the Creator about employment opportunities.
(5) When appropriate, One Choice Magazine will share the Creator's contact information with trusted brands and partners about employment opportunities.
(6) One Choice Magazine and the Editor of Talent Acquisition and Development have full control over the use and sharing of the Creator's contact information and can share or withhold the Creator's information at their discretion.
(7) I understand that One Choice Magazine does not profit from sharing the Creator's information or facilitating communication between creators and brands or networks.
(8) I understand that One Choice Magazine is not responsible or obligated to compensate the Creator or make any payments promised during negotiations between Creators and brands or networks. One Choice Magazine and McKissick Health & Wellness are not responsible for or obligated to uphold terms listed in contracts between Creators and brands or networks.
(9) One Choice Magazine is not a talent manager or responsible for aiding the Creator in negotiating, developing deliverables, or maintaining communication between Creators and brands or networks.
