This form is for schools to request devices from AoP Tech's STEM Lending Library. At this time, only the Brother's House location is available for pickup and drop-off. The Archbishop Wood location will tentatively open later this year.
Schools are permitted to borrow STEM Lending Library devices for a 1 or 2 school week period, (extended borrowing periods may be available depending on the specific device availability). The coordinating educator must plan for pick up and device returning at their requested location. Coordinating educators will meet with a Technology Integration Coach to review the usage and curriculum integration of the device. Additionally, the educator will be asked to sign a "Device Breakage Form" in the event that parts of the tools are missing or broken upon return.
