Please use this form to register for a spot in "Crafer's Court". You may only sell YOUR OWN work. Booth space is 10 x 10 and on a basketball court (pavement). Space is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be recieved to reserve your spot. Cost is $75 and is non-refundable. You may SHARE a booth with another crafter if you like. Please return to our website (www.hopewellharvestfair.com/crafters) to pay after completing this form.

PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE FAIR ALL DAY. THE FAIR RUNS 10AM-4PM. CARS MUST BE OFF THE FIELD BY 9AM. NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS.
