2024 Party in the Park "Salute to Volunteers"  Nomination Form  
Platteville Regional Chamber's 27th Annual Hometown Week Party in the Park "Salute to Volunteers will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024 in City Park. Local non-profit and service organizations are encouraged to nominate ONE "volunteer of the year" from their organization to be recognized at the event.  It is the responsibility of the nominating organization to notify the nominee and assure that they will be in attendance.
Registration Deadline is Monday, July 15, 2023.
