Please answer the following questions with as much information as you can. We will be using the information to help with planning and logistics with Mother Earth News Fair and the new event venue.

As of right now, the event venue will NOT be providing any type of charging for car show participants with electric vehicles. If you are coming from a distance to attend the event, you should contact your hotel or other overnight accommodations to see if they offer charging.

We are also being told that there will be a limited amount of space set aside for the Alternative Energy Car Show. So the sooner we know how many people are interested in attending, the better.  As we get close to filling the allotted space, we might be able to negotiate with the venue for more area.

With a limited amount of space set aside for the car show vehicles, first priority will be given to those able to commit to attending the ENTIRE day. Please plan to arrive at least an hour before the Fair opens each day.
If you want to come, but can't commit to attend the whole day - we can put you on a waiting list. Please use the "Other" option and give us details on what day(s) and time you are considering attending.

We will use this information to see whether we need to plan for extra group dinners or meetups before or after the event.
