The Jamaica Methodist District invites you to register your child/children for DISTRICT VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMP 2021. Please note that this form is to be completed for each child being registered (I.e. One Form per Child.  If you are registering multiple children, please enter one at a time and submit.

Junior Camp for Ages 7-11: July 28-30, 2021 (9a.m.-1p.m. daily)
Senior Camp for 12-14: July 28-30, 2021 (9a.m.-1p.m. daily)
GAMUT Camp for Ages 15-19: August 9-11, 2021 (9a.m.-1p.m. daily)

A REGISTRATION FEE OF $500 per participant is required, to help offset costs to be incurred in the facilitation of the Retreat.
