Amador High Family Survey for Returning to School

We are in the process of examining scenarios for returning to school in August and we need to hear from every family in order to set up classes. Thank you for taking the time to answer the questions on this brief survey to help with our planning. Please complete a separate survey for each Amador High student in the household by July 1st.

4. Which option do you prefer for the 2020-2021 school year? *

I prefer full-time distance learning for the 2020-2021 school year until the conditions allow otherwise. This will be a new and improved version of distance learning compared to how we ended the 2019-2020 school year. All students will be required to participate. Grades will be issued. Attendance will be taken. Teachers will provide regularly scheduled live or recorded instruction, and hard copy materials will be available for pick-up and drop-off at the school. Internet access and devices will be provided for all families in need.

I prefer a hybrid model (see the email included with this survey for descriptions) where my child will come to school part-time and will be at home distance learning part-time. All students will be required to participate. Grades will be issued. Attendance will be taken. Teachers will provide regularly scheduled live or recorded instruction, and hard copy materials will be available for pick-up and drop-off at the school. Internet access and devices will be provided for all families in need. This model will allow social distancing and implementation of other safety and health considerations when students are at school.
