Want a chance to work with Jon Cooke - Creative Director/Professional Haunt Designer extraordinaire?  Do it by becoming a Spooky Swap Meet trick-or-treat Manor Host! Spooky Swap Meet returns to Heritage Square with an added evening show! New dates April 26, 27 and 28, 2024.

House Hosts will be assigned one of Heritage Square's historic manors to decorate (exterior only) in the spirit of Halloween, where guests will trick-r-treat throughout all three days of the event.

Whether you're a haunt looking to show off your skills, or a business with resources to decorate a house, please apply below and we'll follow up if we think you're a good fit.

What you need to know:

-House Hosts are responsible for all costs of materials and labor to decorate the manors.
-Designs, concepts, etc. must be supplied to Spooky Swap Meet (Jon Cooke) for approval.
-Specific house assignments will be made after further discussion; if applying you must be flexible and open to being assigned any of the houses within Heritage Square.
-Set-up will be Wednesday, Thursday and part of Friday, April 24-26, and break down will be the evening of April 28 immediately after the event closes (5pm).
-Candy will be provided, but house hosts are responsible for handing out said candy during all hours of the event.
-If desired, house hosts will be provided a complimentary 10x10 space for sales or promotion adjacent to the manor to which they are assigned.
-Manor hosts will have their company logo placed on maps distributed to guests of Spooky Swap Meet, be provided social media coverage, and other perks TBD a bit down the road.
