We warmly invite your son/daughter to participate in our activity programme. Please complete this Spring Camp Parent Consent Form to help us as we do everything we can to help them have a fun, safe and meaningful time.

Event Name: Young Life Spring Camp
Key Activities: Outdoor activities, team challenges, talks, free time, meals & more!
Date(s): 10th Feb - 12th Feb
Timings: arrive at Ovoca at 7:30pm / departure from Avoca at 12:30pm.

Transport expectations: This year, due to high costs, we have decided to not hire a bus. Instead we are asking parents to help with transport. This involves transport to and from Ovoca. 

- If you are willing to drive, please let us know how many spaces you have. Or if you would rather organise passengers yourself, please let us know who you are taking.
- If your teenager(s) is/are in need of transport, please let us know and we will try and organise a lift.
