Lysá hora hiking trip (12.2.2022, 7:05 - 19:00)
Our first hiking trip this semester will be to the Lysá hora mountain. It is the highest mountain (1324 AMSL) of the Beskydy mountain range and one of the most popular hiking places around Ostrava. There are 2 cottages on the top where you can get delicious beer, hot soup or a whole meal, which will bring you back to life and give you enough energy for your journey back to Ostrava. 🤗 You can also look for some outstanding views of Czech "winter" nature. ⛄️

❗️For a pleasant experience, we strongly recommend bringing proper outdoor shoes (ideally waterproof) and warm clothes because probably there will be some snow on the top and the temperature can be under 0 degrees of Celsius. The difficulty of the trip is medium (in total approx. 17 km horizontally and 900 m vertically).

We will gather money for transportation by train from Ostrava to the mountain and back during the trip (no need to pay in the ESN office before this event). We are not responsible for your valid ticket on the public transport bus in Ostrava.

If you want to participate, please REGISTER using the form below.
