It should take you 2 minutes at the end of each video, and over time as you feedback on all of the wines from the course - we'll start to collate your preferences into a personal taste profile. The more you tell us, the more accurate this will be.

Your personal taste profile will be a short summary of the styles of wine you do and don't like - so next time a sommelier or someone in a wine shop asks you the kind of thing you're into - you'll be able to tell them exactly what you like and what you don't.

We're just testing this out at the moment - but we're adding links to each of the lesson pages so you can fill in the same information for each video.
