We do not offer weight loss diets, and instead help our clients focus on strategies to improve body image and work towards true self care without diet culture. Below are the options for working with our qualified perinatal dietitians:

  • 1:1 or couple's nutrition therapy, Grapefruit Package. This 3 month package includes 6 biweekly appointments, a customized supplement plan, individualized weekly meal planning/recipe suggestions, and food/blood sugar log feedback.   • 1:1 or couple's nutrition therapy, BCBS or Aetna insurance. All appointments are billed to insurance, and additional support with meal planning and food/blood sugar log feedback can be added with a subscription to the Lime Package ($60/month).   • Lactation consultation: Meet virtually with our IBCLC, Natalie, for a holistic lactation assessment and supportive follow ups. Natalie is in network with BCBS, and we are working on getting her in network with Aetna. You can also see her as part of a private pay nutrition package, or for a la carte lactation counseling ($175 initial, $125 follow ups)
