TSS Safety Assessment Test
This is an open file test you can consult any documents; a lot of questions relate to the Tideway Code. There are a few questions that are specific to knowledge of club safety rules (see our website) and Rowsafe (see British Rowing site) so you need to know about them as well.

All questions have one answer. Please read the question carefully and ensure you select the right answer.

You may take the test as many times as you like. The pass mark is 36 out of 41 and all results are automatically sent to safety@tidewayscullers.com for our records. Its essential that anyone in charge of a boat or coaching crews has enough knowledge of the code to be able to pass the test. Taking the test is a learning process as we expect people to look up answers, but hopefully you'll remember the information!
